Karin Hahn ist seit 1998 Partnerin bei The Berlin Picture Company.

Sie ist Mitglied in der Jury “Die Besten 7 – Bücher für junge Leser“. Das ist eine Bestenliste für Kinder – und Jugendliteratur, die monatlich im Auftrag vom Deutschlandfunk und Focus zusammengestellt wird.

Karin Hahn arbeitet als Journalistin für die Sender Deutschlandradio Kultur und Deutschlandfunk, schreibt für die Leipziger Volkszeitung, die Fachzeitschrift BuchMarkt und rezensiert Kinder- und Jugendbücher, Hörbücher und Kinofilme. Als Produzentin und Regisseurin war sie an der Veröffentlichung der Hörspiele “Alice im Wunderland” und “Der Wind in den Weiden” beteiligt.

A partner in The Berlin Picture Company since it was founded in 1998, Karin Hahn is a literary critic and broadcast journalist specialising in literature for children and young people.

She broadcasts regularly for national public radio in Germany, DeutschlandRadio, and is Juror for 'Die Besten Seben' awards for new publications for children and young people in German.

She also produces and directs radio plays and audio books.
